🔘 B. Enable Duplicate Rules with block enabled, create Matching Rules, and restrict record creation through Profiles and Permission Sets
🔘 C. Use Validation Rules on email and phone fields, rebuild reports, and train users to avoid creating duplicates
🔘 D. Build custom reports to identify duplicates, delete records manually, and prevent new duplicates using record types
