✨ December has a way of reminding us about gratitude and growth ✨
I felt led to share this because it genuinely comes from appreciation, not promotion. My mentor—who has been instrumental in helping my business grow—decided to give back this season by offering something many entrepreneurs struggle with when starting or scaling: 🌐 A FREE website No hype. Just real support for entrepreneurs who are serious about building structure, credibility, and long-term opportunities—especially in today’s AI-driven economy. What stands out to me is the focus on strategy, systems, and readiness—not shortcuts. This is particularly valuable for entrepreneurs looking to compete at higher levels, including government contracts, using AI and proven frameworks. If you’re an entrepreneur who: - Is ready to scale beyond small gigs - Wants to leverage AI for real opportunities - Is serious about positioning for larger contracts - Values community, learning, and execution It’s a focused community built for entrepreneurs who want to stay ahead, adapt fast, and build with intention—especially in a world where AI is changing everything. Just sharing in the spirit of December and gratitude 🙏When mentors give back, it creates room for others to rise ✨

Well. This is kinda nuts. [Skool Tiers]
So last month... I spent $9K on ads. With the intention of selling a $100 a month thing and being profitable in 30 days. "You can't be profitable that fast with low-ticket!" Is what people i told said.... AND... is honestly what I thought. errrrrrmmmm. Yeah. Except we made $12K back in 30 days. And then 5 days into December we'd already DOUBLED November's revenue. So like ...oops? I made a video breaking down the whole thing because honestly ... This seems kinda crazy. One Meta campaign. No targeting. No funnels. Just ads → Skool community → people upgrade. 1,500 new leads in 30 days. 17% conversion rate on about page 65 upgrades 3 annual payments 1 VIP Upgrade Naturally, I'm still kind of shocked it worked this well lol. Dan P.S. If you're running an established coaching business or building a community ... You might want to watch this. The tiers feature in Skool is kind of a game changer.

About a week ago I launched my first ever ad campaign and was super excited to see results. As the days went on I kept looking at the numbers and learning about all the little details that go into ad sets and ads and all that jazz. However, after 6-7 (😏) days I had a good bit of traffic but still no new members. The old me would have been super discouraged and probably lost motivation. But taking the approach of a scientist/researcher just having fun, I knew I just had to try a new experiment. So, I went back to the drawing board and launched a new campaign with a higher budget. I also spent a few hours trying to figure out how to get ConversionsAPI to connect to Skool so it could track which people join the group. Long story short, I launched the campaign and logged off for the night… only to wake up this morning to 4 new members!! I wanted to share because I just know there are others out there trying to navigate the world of ads and might be feeling discouraged. Something out there will work for you, but you just gotta keep testing and trying until you find it. That seems to be the name of the game in entrepreneurship. Don’t lose heart and just keep swimming 🏊

Offer/Pricing Help
I’m having some challenges with pricing and matching it to my offer and would really appreciate some input. Right now, I typically sell a 6-month program for $3,000 and a 12-month program for $5,000. I like the idea of collecting more cash in a shorter period of time — something similar to @Dan Harrison's 100-day model at $3–4K. That said, I previously offered a 90-day program and realized I could collect significantly more revenue by moving people into 6- or 12-month commitments, since some clients are willing to pay $3–5K upfront. I also didn’t enjoy having to re-sell or re-enroll clients after 90 days. I preferred having people locked in for six months, without needing to introduce continuation offers right away. I’m curious to hear thoughts on the pros and cons of a 100-day model versus a 6- or 12-month structure, especially from a cash-flow, retention, and energy standpoint. Thanks very much — appreciate any insights.
