Urgent Question
I’m working with agents who have a massive database of 22,000 leads. These leads are a mix of buyers, sellers, and investors. While they are already using their own CRM system and have some automation in place, it’s clear they aren’t leveraging effective follow-up systems to engage their database. My goal is to help them maximize the potential of these leads through a robust follow-up strategy. My plan involves transitioning their lead management to a platform like GoHighLevel (GHL) to centralize and optimize their data while taking full advantage of automation and personalized outreach. However, I anticipate resistance, as they may prefer sticking with their existing CRM. Here’s my challenge: How do I position GHL as the best solution without alienating them if they are attached to their current system?

I’ve been working in the SEO and web design space but recently started transitioning to GoHighLevel (GHL). From my experience, I see DBR as one of the best entry points into GHL and later into broader features. Right now, I’m building up my content and assets to effectively pitch DBR.

what i've learned the three things we need (when discussing with client)
(from @Robb Bailey) 1. An effective ad 2. We need to follow up with them quickly 3. we need to nurture lead into sales opportunity "those are the 3 things we need to do to get those 30 memberships per month that you want."

This is a valuable insight—I might add it to my pitch. Thanks for sharing!

I got all squared away and signed up. Looking forward to this new journey. New kid on the block, so I welcome any introductions to all of you active participants here on the channel. I am looking to start up an Agency supporting small businesses and helping them grow. So much to learn in the coming weeks but I can't wait to get started. Open to tips and suggestions on the early stages of setting this all up. Thanks all in advance.

Welcome, and good luck on your journey! I'm new as well. GHL is a robust tool, and I found myself jumping from topic to topic at first. What helped was sticking to one area which is DBR, and I’m really happy with my progress so far. Hope that helps.
Sync your client calendar with your GHL calendar - new way
I wanted to share a different way to sync your client calendar to do a DR. I was preparing to do a DR with a medspa and they have their own calendar, listing a ton of services (each one having his own calendar linked to 1 or more employees that do the service). So I was going to use a service calendar in GHL to replicate their specific service calendar and sync. After trying multiple times I found that a service calendar linked to multiple employees that have all synced with their google calendar, does not reflect all of the availability of your multiple employees. I spoke to GHL support and they showed me that in order to reflect an external calendar, i.e. the google calendar of your client employee, you need to use an event calendar NOT a service calendar then after you create the different employees (i.e. the employees of the business you are a bout to a DR for), you connect their google calendar in their own profile (i.e. they need to login and connect their own calendar) Then, while still logged in as an employee, a person can select the event calendar and add an integration to their own google calendar. After you do that, the event calendar will reflect the availability of all the employees, and ou can book on you GHL event calendar and automatically create bookings in your client calendar. I hope this helps anybody, let me know if you need more info

I'm about to pitch my services to chiropractors and med spas—this will definitely come in handy. Thanks for sharing, and best of luck with your campaign. Would be great to hear about your wins!
1st Real DBR
Did my first high ticket DBR (closed for $5k), anticipating $50-$100k collect revenue for the biz. The response rate has been far better than expected, client made back investment within first 2-3 jobs, and did like $10-$15k first week.
