I’ve had a message from a customer telling me their poster has been damaged. The box has arrived crumpled. I’ve emailed print shrimp but no reply yet. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
That’s annoying when it happens. Print Shrimp usually replies within a day or so, but you could also message them through the chat on their site. In the meantime, let your customer know you’re sorting it
Hello I am new and trying to get my head around these lessons. One thing though worth asking, maybe, is anyone ticking the Using AI to generate image on the Etsy tick boxes? I know Tom says he doen't but advises us to tick it.
I’ve seen a mix, some people tick it to stay safe, others don’t and haven’t had issues. Etsy doesn’t seem too strict about it right now, but ticking it just keeps things clear.
Didn't think it would ever happen, but what I thought was just another scam email was a real sale! Went a different direction with the pricing: 24x32 inch print PrintShrimp cost - £19.48 Sale price - £129.99 Unbeatable returns. Just hope the momentum builds up with time! Thanks for all of the help!! 🥳
hi guys just some advice.. relatively new to this. I had a poster of a vw camper van with a christmas tree on the roof, AI designed. And then i get a message from etsy saying VW have objected to it and its removed. But doing a search on etsy there are hundreds of posters with a vw camper van?
Yeah, that happens a lot. Etsy’s pretty hit and miss with takedowns. VW protects their designs, so even if it’s AI made, they can still flag it. You’ll see others still up, but they just haven’t been caught yet. Best to stick with “vintage camper” or “retro van” instead of anything that looks branded.
