Hi guys, I hope I find you well. I’ve had a notification today telling me my account has been permanently banned due to intellectual policing violations. I create posters around sporting stadiums and it’s a very popular thing. Many accounts do the same as me and they’ve been doing it for 7 years +. Does anyone have any advice? Can I get my account back?

I’ve had a message from a customer telling me their poster has been damaged. The box has arrived crumpled. I’ve emailed print shrimp but no reply yet. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

My Etsy shop had a fairly normal September — steady sales, nothing record-breaking, but consistent as usual. Then October started and it’s like someone flipped a switch. I’m now a full week into the month and haven’t had a single sale. Not one. Traffic, views, and visits are all massively down across the board. I’m still getting the occasional favourite here and there, but the overall activity feels dead compared to last month. It honestly feels like my shop has just dropped off a cliff overnight. I haven’t changed my listings, prices, or ads, and my keywords and SEO were performing fine before. So I’m really at a loss as to what’s going on — whether it’s something seasonal, an Etsy algorithm shift, or just a weird lull. Has anyone else noticed a big drop so far this month? Or if you’ve been through something similar before, did things pick back up again? Any insight or reassurance would be massively appreciated because right now it’s feeling a bit discouraging.
