Upscayl
Hello, I have been using Canva app to upscale, but I’m looking to do this long term and thought I’d invest in a better upscaler, so purchase upscayl but when uploading to Canva says file to big and can only upload file less than 50mb in size, can anyone help? Thanks

@Adam Wilkinson hi Adam. If you select jpeg, max upscale and limit file size to 25 mb.

Etsy account closed
I have listed my first listing yesterday. This morning when i tried to log in, it started that my account has been permanently closed. I then received an email stating that my account is closed. They do not give a reason for this. When i try to appeal it, it says my link no longer works. I can’t sign in to my account, cant appeal it either. What do i do?

Refunds and returns
Hi , could anyone please suggest what to say for refunds and returns on my Etsy store? Not sure what to say, any suggestions gratefully accepted 😁

You have to accept returns as per EU law for up to 14 days after the customer receives it. But I think it is ok to say no returns on the listing as this will put off time wasters.

Upscaling
Do I have to upscale every image that I upload to Etsy or is there a chance to do that after an order is made? I have a lot of designs made on Canva and about to start uploading.

Etsy doesn’t need an upscale image for the thumbnail or mockups. The important thing is that the image is upscaled correctly when sent to printshrimp.
