✨ 10-Day Detox: Meal Planning Made Simple ✨
Starting Saturday, we’re resetting your body with clean, nourishing foods that support natural detox and steady energy. What we’re avoiding: Processed foods, soda, diet drinks, fruit juice, alcohol, caffeine, refined grains, processed meats, white potatoes, corn, and anything that spikes inflammation. **TIP** Don’t quit caffeine cold turkey, especially if you drink it every day. Slowly begin weaning yourself by decreasing consumption over the next few days. If you experience a caffeine headache during the detox, sip on Organo or plain back coffee throughout the day. What we’re focusing on: Fruit: 2–3 servings/day (watch high-sugar fruits) Healthy grains: 1 serving/day, gluten-free and non-GMO Protein: 2–4 servings/day from lean meats, fish, or plant sources (Protein is key for detox—it helps your body break down and eliminate toxins!)
