THE ARC FRAMEWORK
Anyone else having trouble with the volume of this section (The Arc Framework) please? I have max volume on my computer and have it at max within the videos and still struggled over the past two days to hear.

@Angela Stearn Haha, glad I could reassure you! 😄 Ears are tricky sometimes, right? Have you had this happen often, or was it a “one-off” moment?

@Angela Stearn Haha, fair point! 🤣 Our bodies definitely like to keep us on our toes. At least it keeps life interesting, right?
How to Work With Sadness - Demonstration from In-Person Training
If you're curious what it looks like inside our in-person training, here is one of the many demonstrations you will learn and practice within the training. Adriana, our lead instructor for in-person, demonstrates being with another person in a moment of sadness. Powerful video. If you're interested in learning more, please connect with our educators, as space is filling up quickly (we have only 11 spots left for our January training).

Wow, this demonstration is so powerful! Seeing how to hold space for someone in their sadness really highlights the depth of somatic work. I’d love to learn more about practicing this safely and effectively thank you for sharing! 💛

Congratulations on finishing the 3-day program, Lorrie! 🎉 It’s such a powerful experience. What part of the training stood out most to you so far? I’d love to hear what you’re taking away and learning from it.
Mindful of my internal psyche
I focused on being internally focused and aware. I’ve noticed around bed time when I lay down my anxiety has been increasing around worry associated with vertigo. Two years ago I experienced vertigo due to muscle spasms in my neck. However I lay down for bed my anxiety increases and I get a nervous feeling like the room is going to spin it doesn’t but the nervousness I had when I experienced vertigo has come back.

Thanks for sharing this, Brian. It sounds like your body is remembering past experiences, and that nervousness is your nervous system’s way of signaling “stay alert.” It’s great that you’re noticing it mindfully. Breathwork, grounding, or gentle movement before bed can help signal to your system that you’re safe and calm. Over time, this awareness can help retrain your body to feel secure again at night. 🌿
New to breathwork
Hi! My name is Brooke and I’m from Oklahoma. I am new to breathwork and just completed my first short session. It felt very powerful. Excited to learn and grow and improve my overall wellbeing.
