THE ARC FRAMEWORK
Anyone else having trouble with the volume of this section (The Arc Framework) please? I have max volume on my computer and have it at max within the videos and still struggled over the past two days to hear.

@James Edward Definitely. Wouldn't life be boring without that! Also, it is only through having challenges that we grow; and the joy when we manage to overcome them is priceless.

How would your life change if you were more connected to yourself? I would be able to do all the things that my loss of confidence has robbed me of; I would be able to contribute more in my local community and make life just a little bit better for local people; I have worked hard on my physical self, having gone from being bedbound in 2021 to walking again (sometimes even without a walking aid); I have been able to do things for others, such as knitting blankets for premature babies in a local hospital, and doing litter picking in my local streets, but oh how my life will improve when I get to the point of finding my original confidence. I know it is hiding there, and I am digging!
Pace of the Daily Breathwork Practice
I just completed the Daily Breathwork Practice for the first time! To start, I found it quite fast-paced, but it was energizing and aligned with the intent for activation. I was surprised that the next phase was also a faster pace, when I expected it to be more calming. It was an effective exercise, but I'd like to experiment with a slower pace in the second phase. I realized you can slow down the rate of the video play ... so I will do that next time, for phase 2. May that is a helpful tip if others feel the same. 🌬️💙

I too need to slow the pace of the second half; I initially felt all of it too fast but now am more comfortable with the pace during first half.

There's just something about water that calms my soul. It washes all my worries and fears away and replaces it with serene bliss!

Me too, Alek. I live in a riverside town and love walking along the "sea wall" as often as I can, at least three times each week. It's as if I throw all my tensions into the water and they float away! I spent the last 18 months looking to move house, but realised that I can't bear to be away from here.
