So the body got really good at giving, holding it together, and not needing much. I’ll share what this work has done for me so far.
I cried. A lot. Not all at once, but in waves. Emotional tides that moved through and passed. I had alot of anger and disappointment to process... Alongside that, something else quietly shifted. My boundaries rose. The floor came up. I stopped tolerating as much, not from a reactive place, but a grounded sense where I felt calm, clear on what was Non-negotiable. I noticed a deeper self-trust settle in. A sense that I’m provided for and that I get to do things my way. I went very minimal on social media. Stopped following ten different people’s advice for my business. I raised the standards in my relationship, and felt I could be more honest and vulnerable while having the hard conversations. And later on, I said no to coffee… because I could feel how often I was overriding myself on every level. None of this felt forced it came naturally. I’m sharing this because progress doesn’t always look dramatic on the outside. Sometimes it looks like quiet choices, clearer boundaries, and listening inward again. Founders Round Update 🤍
As this is the founders round of Body Love Bootcamp, I’m shifting how we’ll do the tapping work so it best supports your body and the season you’re in. Instead of live tapping sessions for now, we’ll work in a personalised, flexible rhythm: • Each week, you’ll take a few quiet minutes to reflect on a short questionnaire • You’ll send it back to me • I’ll create a tailored EFT tapping practice for you (15–20 mins, written + video) based on what your body is holding and ready to release This allows the work to meet you exactly where you are — without forcing schedules or overriding your pace. A note on tapping + how to prepare (See Video & Tapping Points Chart)
EFT tapping works by gently bringing attention to what your body is holding, acknowledging it, and massaging a new signal of safety into your conciousness. This allows emotional charge to soften and release, without forcing or reliving anything. Before you begin a tapping session, take a quiet moment to reflect on your answers from the Day 7 questionnaire (or the theme you’re working with). Notice what feels most alive right now. Then, check in with your body and give it a number on a simple scale: 1 = neutral / calm 10 = very intense / heightened There’s no right number — this just helps you notice shifts as you tap. Often, intensity reduces, softens, or changes quality as the nervous system settles. A few practical things that help: Have water nearby (hydrated bodies move energy more easily) Keep tissues close (emotional release can happen, and that’s okay) Choose a quiet, uninterrupted space Move slowly and gently — there’s no need to rush You don’t need to “make” anything happen. Your job is simply to notice and follow the script with presence. Release doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s a sigh, a softening, or a quieter mind. Trust the process. Your body knows how to do this 🤍 Then let the shifts surprise you and unfold before you in your day to day.
