As this is the founders round of Body Love Bootcamp, I’m shifting how we’ll do the tapping work so it best supports your body and the season you’re in.
Instead of live tapping sessions for now, we’ll work in a personalised, flexible rhythm:
• Each week, you’ll take a few quiet minutes to reflect on a short questionnaire
• You’ll send it back to me
• I’ll create a tailored EFT tapping practice for you (15–20 mins, written + video) based on what your body is holding and ready to release
This allows the work to meet you exactly where you are — without forcing schedules or overriding your pace.
The themes we’ll be weaving through are common for high-capacity women:
– taking up space unapologetically
– time and pacing
– reframing collapse & humanness (the infinite game)
– pleasure and receiving before survival mode kicks in
