( Freedom to... decide my own work days, and have a schedule & income that allows me to travel with my family overseas 2-4 per year. ) 2. Add another layer, "so that...." and get specific describing what you desire to experience when that's your reality) "So that... I'm snowboarding with my boys on a Tuesday, sipping hot chocolate in a cute cosy Cafe with payment notifications still landing in my inbox, earning more passive income then I'd spent that same day, with the excitement in my belly for every new client that said yes to themselves and is ready to learn" 🙌

1. Become aware of your senses 2. Write 3x down... ie. I hear the sound of the birds outside my window, I can smell the candle I've lit next to me, and I can feel the warm comforting blanket over my legs. 3. Then write 3x more, calling in your future desired experiences in the same way, as if they are already happening right now in this moment... i.e. I can smell the fresh wood from the new deck & pool we're building out the back of our home. I can hear the gratitude in Nick's voice as he kisses me goodnight and he knows he doesn't have to go to work in the morning, I can feel the kicking of our 2nd child in my belly.
