From Webinar to 24 hour Auction insteadâŚ
I reached out to a past supplier (another Aussie đŚđş) who has a PPL (Pay Per Lead) agency. Turns out he has just recently started a Skool community to teach his PPL model based on his $3m / year agency. A free group (219 members) and 11 in a paid group ($79/mo) His plan was to run a webinar in the group to sell his 7 week bootcamp to build your own $50k-$100k PPL Agency⌠(at $790). (maybe sell 7-10) Then Get testimonials. So it will be $2k next time (Q1 next year) 10 enrollments $20k USD not bad. The new plan âYou could sell it for 2990 right now With 15, 20, 25 buyers⌠Not bad And you get to keep selling at that price EVERY time⌠If you sell 10 - Thatâs 29,900 At 50% you $15k Or Youâd need to sell 19 at $790 To make the same cashâŚâ He thought this was a much better idea and he didnât know it was going to be an auction yet. I didnât tell him the process until after the webinar. I turned the webinar into a Q&A Wrote 2 posts to promote it 18 showed up No pitch - just how a PPL agency is a better model - no retainers And how he make $3M in sales per yr with 2 VAs⌠His model and structure and the 9 step roadmap to get to $50k-$100k/mo PPL. A poll (scale of 1-10) - Then Questions I DMâd attendees to find out what was stopping them from getting to $50k/mo. I learned a lot about the audience what they wanted and what was stopping them.
