What to do if they say yes?
I have someone who is on board to test auctions with his Wholesaling Community of 160 members. What is the next step? A test for the auction could be: - one month in his "Premium" 100$ membership - one month in his "VIP" 1000$ membership. - some parts of the benefits of these groups. - simply a 1-on-1 private coaching call Any advice?

Hey @Travis Sago Question on a pre-auction post that has flopped. 4 likes 4 comments 10 votes on the poll. 800+ member group. Not particularly active with the exception of the screenshot I'll share below. Wonder if there’s something we’re not seeing in the offer, or if it’s an audience thing. Post is below. (Note - the partner changed out the 5th line and added some extra shame without letting us know. Don’t know if that’s what killed it. Probably not. See the image attached. Is the offer too unbelievable somehow? Post takes too long to get to what they want? Is this dead in the water? Or should we be trying to talk to folks and see what’s up?

I wanna get you all the LISTINGS you can handle Idea💡 If I were to take you under my wing AND get you listings AND sales! Say GOODBYE to the endless grind of cold-calling only to be met with “Not interested”, “Please take me off your list”, and getting hung up on as soon as you introduce yourself. We’d get 3 listings in 30 days AND we’d get AT LEAST 1 of them SOLD inside of 14 days after that. Here’s how it’d go down: 1. I'd set you up on my system that FINDS YOU property owners in YOUR AREA who ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL… 2. I'd give you the EXACT script that turns "would you like to list your property?" (NO)...…Into "would you consider selling to a private client of mine?" (TELL ME MORE). Totally different conversation. They’re excited that you're bringing them a buyer, not pitching them. 🔥Then you just tap to text. Tap to email. Spanish Auctions?
Could I go after Spanish influencers with distribution channels and run auctions for them? I speak Spanish and English fluently. Anyone in the group has done that before? I feel like there are a lot of opportunities there since they don't get as many outreach messages from people.

I'm so excited to learn Spanish so I can do this. There's so much opportunity in the Latam market it's disgusting. Zero competition. They're living in the dark ages with marketing. There's a bunch of big creators i found, like 400k+ subs, with a direct link to their WhatsApp on their profile.
