Love this! I got out and did dance class before the snow hit. I will get movement in tomorrow likely peloton ride and some rowing. Much needed weekend at home to get things done and regroup. We have been on the go so much we all needed this.

@Ashley Dicks Dance 2 Fit with Ebonie. Saturday mornings at Blue Wave Martial Arts. Since I don’t hit the clubs like my 20s anymore, I get a good dose of dancing on Saturday mornings 🤣

I got steps in at work on my walking pad. I’ve been dragging this week. Both girls had 3 day out of town tournament this past weekend so I was running on not much sleep for those days. Back to my early morning workout tomorrow.
