I don’t like admitting this because I HATE the cold, but getting outside during the winter actually helps you keep from getting sick.

What is everyone prepping for this week? I’m using up what I have in my fridge and freezer! - Sweet Thai Pineapple Chicken —> recipe in classroom tab - Taco Turkey Burger - Protein Banana Muffins - Fruit & Veggies to grab Also this liquid aminos is a great sub for soy sauce!
