Starting is one small decision away.
Today’s win was not mine but my friend that decided to take a few extra steps today. His last run was over 5 months ago and he made that one small decision to just start. Who would have thought it would be in between games at a volleyball competition running parking lots together. There is great value in knowing you are never behind. You are just one small decision away. One walk. One workout. One glass of water. One choice to stop waiting for “the perfect time” and start where you are. That’s how a fitness journey actually begins, not with a massive overhaul, but with a moment where you decide you’re worth the effort. And if today is that day, this is your sign! There is so much excitement for someone making themselves better. And that is a WIN for today! Does anyone have any wins for this week?

2 weeks of consistency
This isn’t a mind blowing transformation. But I wouldn’t have noticed ANY changes in the mirror if I hadn’t taken daily progress pics. In the first photo, I was coming off the holiday season and definitely slacking on workouts and nutrition. In today’s photo, here’s what changed: More daily steps, Strength training 3x per week, Increased water, Sticking to my supplement routine That’s it. And for full transparency… this is not flexing, and I’m on my cycle. This is the power of accountability, taking action, and consistency. I am FAR from perfect. I’m a normal, busy, working mom.. but I schedule this into my day. If you need a routine or extra support, reach out to me. And lean into the people in this group. That’s what it’s here for. Meal Prep!
We started our Sunday meal prep back up and staying on track with plan and logging macros has been so much easier this week! We are able to incorporate this into meals all week and only took minimal time to get done. Grilled bbq chicken Ground turkey taco meat Crockpot chicken noodle soup with protein noodles Bacon Sweet Potatoes
