This isn’t a mind blowing transformation. But I wouldn’t have noticed ANY changes in the mirror if I hadn’t taken daily progress pics. In the first photo, I was coming off the holiday season and definitely slacking on workouts and nutrition. In today’s photo, here’s what changed: More daily steps, Strength training 3x per week, Increased water, Sticking to my supplement routine That’s it. And for full transparency… this is not flexing, and I’m on my cycle. This is the power of accountability, taking action, and consistency. I am FAR from perfect.
