119 contributions to Royalty Ronin
NEW: Bank up to $1k - $5,000 commish
Sneak peek... (But it's live right now.) 📰There are now 3 Ronin levels. Our VIP level is Ownership Income Ronin. Where we take over (and own) newsletters, communities and other digital land. One way we do it is with an option agreement. We put down a small option deposit and share revenue 50/50 with the seller until the seller is paid off. Now... We have nearly 100% control... We still get paid 50%... AND... We OWN the digital land afterwards. (We are getting 80% open rates and 10% interested replies with the Cold Email Outreach.) Now you can get paaaaid: 👉$50 a month on the standard level 👉$1,000 a year on the Premium level 👉$5,000 a year on the VIP (Ownership Income Level) Also... Right now... For a short time... I've got the "trial" turned on. Let's hit it Superstar! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I've got a pilot class of 14 OI Ronin...deals are already being done. I’m looking for 6 more. If you'd like to upgrade your income to Ownership Income...dm me… For the next six OI Ronin Founders… I'll take up to 90% off for ya (depending on your sitch). HMU in the DM. PPS Current Ronin are on the Premium level.

@Travis Sago I used this exact approach a few months ago to pick up a 2,400 skool group (won the skool games a couple years ago). Just started our 90-day cooperation phase yesterday. And I have an option to buy at the end of it.
Auction Post Feedback
Hey @Travis Sago could I please get your thoughts on this auction post: AUCTION TIME ☄️ I’m auctioning off a private 1-on-1 6-hour VIP session with me — bidding starts at $1. I’ve spent 20 years building paid acquisition systems — $100M+ in online sales and a framework (XYZ Method) built from that experience. This is the closest you can get to directly accessing my brain to build or improve your business — fast. The top bidder wins a six-hour VIP session and chooses one of three options: (1) Identify your #1 growth bottleneck and leave with a clear 90-day plan to fix it (what to do first, second, third). (2) Build your AI lead-gen machine, ready to launch — capture leads, follow up automatically, and turn interest into booked calls. (3) Build your first digital product launch system ready to launch — clear offer, checkout flow, and a plug-and-play launch plan. Everyone who bids (yes, even $1) gets early-access to a free trial of [NAME OF SOFTWARE] (our new ad creation engine) + a Mystery Bonus. Higher bid = higher Mystery Bonus tier. Top 10 bidders get invited to a fun private Zoom with me: Andromeda Breakdown + Q&A. I’ll DM/email your NAME OF SOFTWARE invite + Mystery Bonus details right after the auction closes. How to bid (rules): Start: $1 (USD) - Bid: comment your bid on this post - Min jump: each new bid must be +$100 higher than the current highest bid (you can outbid yourself) - End: This runs about 24 hours — I’ll start the top-off sequence tomorrow. I’ll post GOING ONCE / GOING TWICE (30 minutes apart), then close - Winner: highest bid wins. Pay via Stripe within 24 hours. VIP scheduled within 60 days. In-person is Calgary only (winner covers travel) — otherwise we do it virtual. - Comment your bid now. $1 to start. +$100 jumps. I’ll be in the comments reacting to bids live.
The Good, Bad and UGLY of a $174,000 Fun Auction
HUGE THANK YOU to @Nick Roberts and @Marcus Karl for this candid interview. They did NOT sugar coat or gloss over the Bad or the Ugly of this auction. Spoiler alert: Everyone still had fun and $174,000 in sales with $50,000 cash collected. There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of creators and influencers with 5,000 or less followers on their FB profiles, Insta, YT channels, Email lists, X, Pinterest that could... Use the same EXACT method that Nick and Marcus did. And it doesn't have to be perfect. Why? Because the auction format is SO FORGIVING! Let's make this a LEARNING thread and ASK any questions you may have! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I double-dawg dare ya to watch this and NOT lose sleep tonight! The WORLD is OURS! At the end... I gave them a tip to bring in another $100k. In ONE WORD. Then I showed them how to cash flow this for $1 million. PPS If you got anything out of this interview and breakdown, please drop some appreciation for Markus and Nick. They really gave this their all and went into detail!

awesome interview
Taker of Time? or Giver of Value?
In the first outreach… The person will make an instant judgement. Is this person a “taker” or “giver”… In seconds… They will be curiously delighted or cough up disgust. Example: The last 3 Skool community owners I was talking to about buying their community… …all asked ME if I’d be willing to help them with monetization as a partner rather than straight purchase. I am NOT suggesting you use “I wanna buy.” as a ploy… It’s just more proof… When you start a convo with something VALUABLE to give… Whether it is… 👉 Advice. Be careful it doesn’t come off as judgement. There is a RIGHT way to do this. 👉 An invitation to a group of like minded people who share common problems. 👉 A gift that has UTILITY Or… 👉 Capital (Financial or relational) When you start out the convo and relationship as a GIVER of value not a TAKER of TIME… They start ASKING YOU for time and partnering. Getting judged as a “taker” is like an 8 year old getting socks for Christmas… Even if the intention was good...Giving is also about perception. If the kid doesn’t want socks (like most peeps don’t want to jump on Zoom)…the interaction will be judged with disgust. Disgust is a bad taste to put in someone’s mouth on the first “hello.” Rooting for Ya, Travis

Valuation for free Skool groups
Hi @Travis Sago I know you’re on the hunt for Skool groups. How do you do the valuation on those? Especially the free ones? Thanks!
