The past 12 hours I’ve had this overwhelming feeling. Yesterday I realized that I can let go of things. Not just forget about them, but breath through an obstacle in my life and let it go. But honestly it scares me. It might sound strange but…. All I’ve ever known is this stressed/panic mode inside my body. It’s an exhausting state to be in, but I’m used to it and then I go into problem solving. But when I let go I feel at peace. So calm and at ease. It scares me…. Or it triggers me… I don’t know why it’s so uncomfortable. It’s like I’m not ready to let go of the panic mode 😆 Any advice? Anyone felt the same at some point? 😊
