Cleanse
Hello everyone! Happy New Moon! The Spring equinox just occurred and it's the perfect time to do a cleanse. I am starting one this upcoming week and am happy to share the process if anyone wants to join in! Probably gonna do at least a 24-36 hour fast in the middle. My diet will consist of lots of fruit and fruit juices and an Ayurveda cleansing dish called Kitchiri that has basically mungbeans, rice, veggies and spices in it. I'll be doing plenty of breathwork, fascia exercises and more. If you are interested in learning more comment below and I will set up a call to discuss!

Been a long time since a proper Ayurvedic cleans for me. Would love to follow this process of yours.
What are some of the benefits you feel after practicing CO2 tolerance exercises?
For me a decrease in nasal congestion is what I notice the most. I always get better sleep when I do practices before bed too.

For me it's the mental energy and clarity. It's the perfect storm of increased blood circulation + Bohr Effect + sympathetic arousal (with medium-strong holds) that just feels excellent. With really strong holds, I do feel the parasympathetic rebound effect...nice and relaxed afterwards.

@Kalman Lulek Rock on. What do you use to measure HR? Wearable watch or pulse oximeter, or something else?
Intro
Hey folks. My name is Griffin, and “Breathwork & Biomechanics” pretty much describes what I do, having met Kalman through that space in social media. I’m originally from the Boston area but moved to Tangier, Morocco in 2017 when I was still teaching music in schools. Still living there to this day. I haven’t taken my breathing assessments in a while but just the fact that I CAN breathe through my nose at rest puts me light years ahead of where I was before discovering breath science. Looking forward to experiencing the magic of Kalman’s meditations!
