Intro
Hey folks. My name is Griffin, and “Breathwork & Biomechanics” pretty much describes what I do, having met Kalman through that space in social media.
I’m originally from the Boston area but moved to Tangier, Morocco in 2017 when I was still teaching music in schools. Still living there to this day.
I haven’t taken my breathing assessments in a while but just the fact that I CAN breathe through my nose at rest puts me light years ahead of where I was before discovering breath science.
Looking forward to experiencing the magic of Kalman’s meditations!
