I've been sitting with gratitude today... The kind that notices the little things.
The text that came at the right time.
The body that kept showing up.
The moment you let yourself rest without guilt.
I have included a Yoga Nidra practice for us. It's below if you need it. Sometimes we just need permission to take rest, and I am here to remind you... you can.
I want to ask you something, and I really mean it:
What's one thing that supported you this week?
Maybe it was a person. Maybe it was your own resilience. Maybe it was finally sleeping through the night, or the way the light looked yesterday morning, or simply... being in the presence of loved ones.
