LIFE
Long story, I had 3 major sugeries. After the first surgery, I thought I will be paralize rest of my life. I said to myself that, I did I all can. And the surge came. Within seconds, I can move. Back to normal. Before surgries, I some how got into human alchemy and more, way before the incidents. One night, the energy simply force my lung to squeez to zero. And I was linked. I jumped from kundalini and human alchemy without any instruction or knowledges. On the night of full moon. It happened. And that took me 18 years to figure out what had happen and happening. We are part of the the ENERGY. That's how I see it. I ran into Nick on Youtube, and tried the Coherence breathing, and that took me to another stage, unlock the ancient Zen technic. We are part of the universe. It's hard to belive.

I was going to send this as a private message but it's 3.00 Sorry to jump straight to a direct message, you are braver than me and I am not ready to share my experience with the world, but I will, I had a deeply spiritual experience met my adopted mother, it just completed so many unanswered questions, I felt her love, I never studied biology or human anatomy, but now I can do cranial head massage, body massage, I know all drainage points for acupressure, I can drain my lymphatic system, I have since checked it all and learned alot ass I had to clarify, the power we posses and yes we are a part of this universe and we have to tune in, people lost in technology DNA is being diluted, we must come together and embrace this universe and be grateful to experience it

The story we tell ourselves
@Lukas Kulbis Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time at the end of the video call to ask my question. You spoke about the story we tell ourselves. My question is: how can we rewrite that story in a way that helps us stop fighting our thoughts? I understand that awareness and breath are important parts of this. I try to be the observer and not identify with my thoughts. But I still notice that I sometimes sabotage myself or get stuck in thoughts that feel unhelpful. How can I work with that in a more effective way?

@Lorenzo Missione this is a personal question and totally understand if you don't feel comfortable replying. Is there anything that triggers your panic attacks or do they just happen randomly If it is random is it then your thoughts spiral into making sense of everything?? Does your attacks feel like or imagine what a heart attack would be like? You mentioned "As an ex-military person, I often feel little or no pressure in extremely stressful situations," - - - I believe there is a strong possibility that you have suppressed emotions and when we don't let emotion complete it's natural cycle it gets stuck in our bodies, (I also believe that emotions can be inherited, conversation for another day) My man breathwork could no will be brilliant for you, practice the calm sequence on coherence, next panic attack use that and again and again. Now the mad part Someday you are calm and relaxed locate the top of the vagus nerve located under the collar bone left side, very gently trace downwards, it traverses the heart wall and you will continue down towards the right hip, gentle pressure and you will see exactly where the nerve travels. The unprocessed emotion is along that nerve, people think they are experiencing a heart attack when it is just the nerve vibrating, no book, doctor or scientific professional told me this, it was shown to me by..... The power of the universe now I sound crazy but this is one of many things I was shown. Best of luck dude I could write alot more but its time for a nice creamy cold pint of Arthur Guinness. I will reach out again there is more to this....

@Lorenzo Missione So the first thing I would like to commend you for being other peoples rock, it can be hugely rewarding and a privilege but this can weigh on you and burnout can sneak up very fast. To continue giving you MUST mind yourself. To me it sounds like something (external stimuli) is triggering your nervous system and it manifests in your body through a physiological process. The lymphatic system works in tandem with the nervous system; lymphatic drainage may be helpful for you. (the lymphatic system is so interesting and the role it plays in our bodies is unbelievable for fighting disease and I believe if maintained properly a lot of disease would be eradicated.)Lymphatic drainage can be self performed just do a bit of research, I am including a link that may be of interest, you could also have this done professionally if you think it could benefit you but don't want to attempt it yourself. How Do I Drain My Lymphatic System Myself? Tips, Benefits, Risks Your system is fully activated because your nervous system has triggered the fight or flight response and your body is 100% guarding itself. The fact that you stay is why you feel exhausted you are remaining in perceived danger; possibly your military training has built this into you (Or your just one tough cookie😀--hope you don't mind me throwing in some humour; if we cant laugh what's the point, laughter is great medicine) And my man this is far from complaining this is empowerment for us all. Its so important to talk about this, no point appearing strong and crumbling on the inside. I really hope you don't mind me saying this, past social expectations were that men are tough and can deal with everything internally and may look weak for talking about feelings, emotions, mental health etc.. So you being an ex-military person are the perfect vessel to combat BS like that. I really hope some of that helps, privilege to connect with you . Just thought of this the "Physiological Sigh" sequence on Coherence could be beneficial to. "you got this man"
Hello👋
I’m Sam Elsner. I’m just a guy who’s obsessed with how things grow. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human machine—how it adapts, how it breaks, and how it rebuilds. That obsession started at 13 on a football field. I wanted to go pro. I spent years inventing new ways to optimize myself in the margins, outside of practice. Eventually, that focus shifted to the discus. And on paper? I made it. - 2x NCAA DIII National Champion. - 6x All-American. - 2016 Olympic Trials Qualifier. But here’s the thing: I was a drill sergeant to my own talent. I drilled the movements over and over in isolation. But when the lights came on and the crowd roared? It didn’t transfer. The skill stayed in the practice ring. In 2019, I hung up the shoes and went all-in on coaching. I trained my athletes exactly how I had trained myself: rigid structures, high instruction, zero variability. And the pattern repeated. They were world-class in the weight room. They were average on game day. I couldn’t wrap my head around it. Until I changed the lens. In 2020, a friend introduced me to the Ecological Dynamics Model. It’s a fancy way of saying that you can’t separate the organism from its environment. Skill isn’t a program you download; it’s a relationship you negotiate with the world around you. That idea shattered everything I thought I knew. I spent the next three years rebuilding my systems from the ground up. I stopped trying to control the athlete and started designing the environment. And suddenly, the results showed up when it actually mattered. Now, I’m taking that framework out of the gym and into the rest of life. That is the genesis of my brand Calibrate. I just recently created a Skool community for it and plan on growing a tribe of modern-day learners. https://www.skool.com/calibrate-7785/about?ref=f2423ba993e344fb98a9ca30d8434e0c We are constantly calibrating to the world around us. Solutions don’t come from force; they emerge from the mess.

Hey Sam welcome to the group, you say you are interested in how things grow; did you ever think of it this way, the universe expands and grows and that is what we are doing, humans are expanding with the universe, we just need to get as many lessons as possible along the journey!!
Hi all,
I'm Travis, most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. So beautiful. I'm navigating end of a long relationship and wanting to maintain my sense of purpose and connection for my son.

@Travis Burkybile welcome to the community, your right the Cliffs of Moher are breathtaking((forgive the pun) My Dad was born and lived very close to there, we had family holidays there most years, it is like the edge of the world.
Thank you for this, the world needs this, a conscious reality check
Lords ladies gentlemen and lassies, this movement is amazing, you can literally choose the path to walk, but you don't walk you skip sail float, it is total decompression, freedom from a world that is so lost, I hope others are not too poisoned to experience this, Social pressures, hidden agendas, competing against fellow man, can we just accept the fact we are all equal and should be helping one and other, 🥲brings tears to my eyes when you realise how distorted things have got, FFS be kind, if ya can't be kind PRACTICE!!! ❤️ Thanks for giving a meaningful platform with the most humbling goal that together we can achieve
