BREATH IN COHERENCE
Amazing call tuesday with @Lukas Kulbis GRATEFULL! This call was amazing. One thing I remembered deeply during the call — and something I was already feeling Tuesday morning — is this: Give first. Don’t wait for the moment where you get something back. Just give. There’s something beautiful that happens when you do. Love starts running through you like a wave of bliss. At the beginning of the call, I was actually cycling back home, buying bananas and meat for dinner, while listening carefully. The words were enchanting me. When I got home, I layed down and followed some guided breathwork from Lukas. The energy in the group felt incredibly coherent.I stopped trying to control or fix anything and simply let everything be. That alone felt......

Could you link the book you recommeded about nature? @Lukas Kulbis 😃
Greetings!
I just had my first zoom call, hosted by Lukas, and accompanied by Mitchell. Wow what an amazing experience to talk and be with some conscious and loving members of this community. It was my first real interaction with this group and Skool as a whole. I recommend joining the next zoom call that’s hosted to anyone that may be reading this post! To breathing consciously in coherence 💕 🌬️

Hello — I am Nathan Veil, founder of the Applied Coherence Institute (ACI)
I am the founder of the Applied Coherence Institute (ACI). I have spent the last several years developing a practical, measurement‑driven framework for coherence across five domains: - Physiological - Cognitive - Behavioral - Relational - Environmental I believe coherence is not a luxury or a spiritual concept. It is a measurable state of regulatory stability — and it can be cultivated, tracked, and improved over time. We have built two open‑access tools: - CP-25 – a free, 5‑minute self‑assessment of coherence👉 appliedcoherenceinstitute.org/cp-25 - SII – an evidence archive documenting extraction patterns and witness testimony👉 siistrategic.com I am here to learn from others working on nervous system regulation, heart‑brain coherence, and community healing. If you are interested in measuring coherence or applying it in organizational settings, feel free to explore the sites above. Happy to answer questions, share what we have learned, and learn from your experiences. Warmly, Nathan Veil Applied Coherence Institute

Welcome nathan😃
Painting discovery... 🎨
I still continue with my drawing. I’ve created some quite beautiful pieces, but the one I always go back to and pray for is my Vortex 🌪️ 9. It’s my second painting, and I truly feel like it came from my higher self. While I was creating it, I didn’t even realize what I was drawing until the painting was finished. ⚜️

so beautiful, what do the colors represent for you?
Today I opened the Tao Te Ching.
One idea stood out: retirement, weakness, and stillness are not opposites of strength or activity — they are part of the same cycle. In Taoist thinking, true action doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means stepping back, allowing things to unfold, and returning to a simpler state. “Heaven and earth and everything are produced from existence, but existence itself comes from nonexistence.” A reminder that not everything needs force to move forward.
Today I opened the Tao Te Ching.

Very important, thanks for your openness. 💫 This reminds me of Zen Buddhism and the Tao: Some lessons in life can only be truly seen through experience and I have learned it the hard way. The Zen perspective might say: you cannot carry another person across the river, but you can sit beside them so they do not cross alone.
