Sometimes I have really rapid I movement and flashing colors, but not super active or disturbing. Also i'm super relaxed and so calm, I even see it as more beautiful
Hey everyone — Indy here 👋
Really glad to be in this space with you. A little bit about me (and why I care about this work so much): I spent years living in what I call “functional overwhelm.” From the outside, I was doing great: national-level athlete, chasing corporate goals, stacking opportunities, pushing hard because I believed that’s what success required. Inside? My nervous system was quietly white-knuckling its way through life. Like a lot of high performers, I thought stress was a sign to work harder — not to listen deeper. Eventually, the body does what the body does: it speaks louder than the mind. Anxiety, burnout, rushing, never feeling “caught up,” and believing I should be able to handle everything on my own. Sound familiar? Breathwork cracked that pattern open for me. Not in a mystical, float-through-the-universe way (although… sometimes). But in a “holy sh*t, I can actually feel calm in my own body” kind of way. It gave me something I didn’t realize I was missing: capacity. Space. The ability to move through pressure with clarity instead of contraction. It helped me through identity shifts, heartbreak, rebuilding my sense of self, leaving old versions behind, and learning how to be with discomfort instead of trying to outrun it. It made life deeper, not smaller. Since then, I’ve spent years teaching breathwork and nervous system practices to athletes, entrepreneurs, and the everyday “life is a lot right now” humans who want to feel grounded, focused, and more like themselves. The science is real: when you regulate your physiology, your mind, energy, confidence, and creativity change with it. Here in Coherence, I’ll be guiding sessions and sharing tools you can use in real life — at your desk, in a tough conversation, mid-workout, or when your brain tries to convince you the world is on fire (it usually isn’t). This work doesn’t need to feel mystical or intense. It can be simple, practical, and surprisingly fun. If you see me in a session, say hi. If you’ve got questions, ask them.

Welcome fellow Breathers!
My name is Nick Sweeney, and I'm just a normal guy who breathes a lot. My brother and I had a vision of millions of people breathing in perfect sync. What would that do to the field of Earth? 1 Billion people breathing in love, and breathing out love? I started off my breathing journey when I got badly injured, the doctor said I wouldn't be able to walk normally or without pain again. With nowhere left to turn, I breathed my way back to health, and my life was changed forever. I began coaching people, obsessing over the supposed "limits" of what possible for the human spirit inhabiting a body. My mission now is to synchronize humanity through breath, to assemble fellow human beings together and pulse love outwards with every breath for the greater good. I have always been deeply effected by the injustices of the world. The evil that's becoming more prevalent, and I have felt helpless for most of my life to do anything about it. There are a list of systems that act as strongholds for power. Political, financial, medical, information, technology, corporate, and psychological systems that work against the individual so that a small group keeps power. But the strongest system of them all is the our human system, and the synchronization of our systems on a common goal. This system is so strong that we forget it exists. We forget that our hearts are beating, our cells are regenerating, our minds are evolving...24/7 We forget that this system has been proven to cause remote events to occur just from thought alone. We forget that there is a system designed by nature that holds the fabric of life together. I felt helpless...until I dug into the research and realized how profound our collective intention really is....how much power we really possess. Synchronizing our breath and conscious intention is the best way to change the world for the better. This is a bet I will double down on until my last breath. You hold the power, we hold the power, and it's time to override the outdated systems, and regulate the nervous system of earth together.

Great work. It inspires me I begun breathing wenn exercises wenn I was 21-22. And even before that I was always doing it unpurpose because of my swimming experience. Glad to see a community created by the benefits of breath and healing. I have always seen is mystic and fenomenal.

Hi, I'm Lorenzo based in the Netherlands the most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was on a lake in the snow. Currently I am focused on health and focus, i'm a holistic dietitian and personal trainer.
