My question is: how can we rewrite that story in a way that helps us stop fighting our thoughts?
I understand that awareness and breath are important parts of this. I try to be the observer and not identify with my thoughts. But I still notice that I sometimes sabotage myself or get stuck in thoughts that feel unhelpful. How can I work with that in a more effective way?
