Day 13, Move in Silence
Today is a short, Qigong-inspired session practiced in silence. Flow gently, embrace the stillness, and notice how you feel with fewer distractions. Just move and observe.

Day 10, Explore What’s Possible
Today we move with curiosity and wonder. If you’re creating change during these 40 days and fear shows up, that’s normal. Instead of shrinking back, can you explore what’s possible? Notice what your body can do today, and let curiosity lead the way.

Lovely session! I enjoyed the dogs coming through the shot to say "Howdy!" Enjoy your sunshine, and enjoy the rain! Happy Twenty-Seventh of February everyone! 😻🐕

@Michael Stradford After many of these sessions, I've noticed my hips and hamstrings feel a lot looser. Keep going 🤩
Workouts
Hi Drew, started doing your movement workouts again this last week. Before that been poorly, so haven’t done anything. But I have missed it because I have noticed how stiff I have become. So Thank you and keep up the good work.

Keep going! ❤️
Day 9, Move with Curiosity and Play
Today we move with curiosity and a spirit of play. Let your movements be creative, light, and a little experimental. Sometimes real change begins when we loosen up, try something new, and allow ourselves to move with a sense of joy.

Thank you for inviting us to play in the sun with you! No sun here, unfortunately...rain all day. If it were a bit warmer I'd go out in play in the rain like I did as a child...loved the story about the soccer-playing fox! 🦊❤️ Happy Twenty-Sixth of February everyone! 😽

@Michael Stradford I don't know if this would help, but you can do these sessions from a chair. Take care of yourself. ❤️
What do you do to play?
The other day while visiting my grand children, my 6 yr.old granddaughter said, "Grandma what do you do to play at your age?" (58yrs) I just had to smile as my thoughts immediately went to my workouts with Drew as he reminds us often to be child like, to play with our movement. I told my granddaughter that I flap my arms like a bird, stand quiet as a mouse as i listen and observe the world around me, swing my arm like an elephants trunk and do the penguin. 😄 It was so much fun!!! Thanks Drew for bringing more play into my day.

Great post! Drew's sessions are playful and fun (I especially like the Pointy-Toed Penguins and Dancing Trees!) Aside from that, I put on funky music and dance around like no one's watching 😆. If I'm not feeling like the physical type of play, I get out my art supplies and make something. 🎨
