Hi Drew, started doing your movement workouts again this last week. Before that been poorly, so haven’t done anything. But I have missed it because I have noticed how stiff I have become. So Thank you and keep up the good work.

Tomorrow I’m starting something called Own Your Energy: 40-Day Reset. For 40 days, I’m choosing one area of my life that’s been draining energy and I’m taking it back. For me, it’s zero scrolling. No consuming short-form content. I want to invite you to think about one thing in your life that’s quietly taking more than it gives. Not to punish yourself. Not to be extreme. Just to reclaim that energy. And here’s the key: don’t just remove it. Replace it. Create space for something better. Forty days. One commitment. More clarity. More intention. If that speaks to you, start thinking about your one thing.

I meant to share this on January 1, but maybe that’s exactly when it’s needed. The very last Calvin and Hobbes cartoon has always felt like a reminder that life is an adventure. Not something to solve or control, but something to step into with curiosity and hope. Every day is an opportunity to go exploring. To see what’s around the next bend. To trust that there’s something good waiting, even if we don’t know exactly what it is yet. Here’s to moving forward with optimism and a sense of adventure, into the weekend and beyond.
