Day 3 of kickstart
Sorry couldnot post at night Checklist: No junk โœ… tried so hard and i managed to not eat pizza that was in front of me. Mobility โœ… half hr excercise Mindful eating โœ…tried portion control on my fav sabzi maid. Steps โœ… Gratitude โœ… thankful that i tried working on my health. I change that i feel light and difficult is to stop yourself from cravings.

Day 4 of kickstart
Today i couldnot complete mt task bcz of dr oppointments and was not at home. But i tried to eat healthy as much as i can . Having cucumber and salads with the meal and not eating after 8 . But couldnot perform steps and zumba. Drinking eater as per challenge.
