Happy Monday everyone! Today is day 1 of week 2 in our challenge! 🤔How is everyone feeling after the weekend? Did you still get in your workouts, or was it resting time for you? 💪🏽My workout today will be full body lifting again, followed by some more sprinting tomorrow! @Alyssa Furukawa awww , no thank YOU for being a part of it!!!☺️ Have u also learned /heard sprinting is so beneficial for us ladies at this time of our lives b4 I started the challenge and we’re gunna start but just didn’t… like me haha! So glad I am finally now too!

Today!
Today was SIT and weights… I did more core than actual weights but a lot of body weight exercises, but I also did some booty workouts! I don’t have much of one so I’m trying to build lol! Breakfast is a two egg omelette with turkey and spinach, cottage cheese, blueberries, and avocado! Still feeling really good and energetic and really liking this program!

Today’s s.i.t. !! 😅
Today was my day 2 for S.i.T. Training this week! (My other 3 days are full body lifting ) I managed to do 6 rounds today, some for the full 30 Seconds and some only 20 something! I decided to switch things up and try a few moves to rotate between. It felt so good to get it done!✅ Next week I am going to up my sprint training to 3 days/week for the rest of the challenge because I want to cut now! 💪🏽 Post your pics, vids , food or thoughts below!! Let’s make this today’s thread !💜 I know a lot of you rest on weekends, so....if so - enjoy, have a wonderful relaxing weekend and see you Monday!😍

@Alyssa Furukawa thats awsome!! if i lived in Hawaii i'd def be doing some sprinting on the beach or even in the ocean!! If it was summer here i'd be doing mine along the river then jumping in! haha. Let us know how it went!!!
