Today’s s.i.t. !! 😅
Today was my day 2 for S.i.T. Training this week! (My other 3 days are full body lifting ) I managed to do 6 rounds today, some for the full 30 Seconds and some only 20 something! I decided to switch things up and try a few moves to rotate between. It felt so good to get it done!✅ Next week I am going to up my sprint training to 3 days/week for the rest of the challenge because I want to cut now! 💪🏽 Post your pics, vids , food or thoughts below!! Hey everyone!!! Here is a 5-Round S.I.T. Sprint Workout idea that you can follow along to if you would like!🔥 This quick but powerful S.I.T. (Sprint Interval Training) workout is designed to be simple, effective, and adaptable. I’m doing running sprints in this video, but you can sprint however and wherever works best for YOU — bike, rower, incline walk, hill sprints, or any cardio you enjoy!! How to use this workout: 💪🏽 Follow along for 5 hard sprint rounds 💪🏽Push at an effort that feels challenging but controlled (85% of your max heart rate for 20 - 30 seconds) 💪🏽Fully recover between rounds so each sprint stays strong (2 - 4 minutes - I do about 2 in this video, you can press pause if need be to take longer!) ✨ Weekly structure: 💪🏽2–3 S.I.T. sessions per week 💪🏽Pair with 2–3 days of lifting for best results 💪🏽Rest days are just as important — listen to your body If you’re already following a lifting program, keep going! Day 4
So I started my morning off with an easy ride on my peloton and then did lower body weights with my hang-on-the-door cable set up! Breakfast was a two egg omelette with spinach, turkey, and cheddar along with a handful of blueberries! The on-the-go menu is teriyaki rice bowl with broccoli and chicken, Raspberry banana smoothie (of course, with all the added protein powder, flax, Chia and oats) and my snacks will be protein bites and apples and peanut butter/yogurt dip (mixed the butter and yogurt together!)

Hey everyone!!😍 How is everyone’s day and workouts coming along today?!! Since a few of you have been posting your post workout vids and selfies, yummy food and plans, my heart has felt soooo happy!😍. I haven’t been getting notifications when you do post - except for when it’s in one of my own , so forgive me if I don’t see it or respond right away!! Let’s keep the momentum going - and start a thread each day to motivate each other!!! 💪🏽 I just got finished my workout today, I did lifting AND sprinting and I am feeling 🤪😍🤩💪🏽 after!! Here’s a pic of post workout yumminess- lactose free cottage cheese-- I used one cup - which is 28 grams of protein ,plus about 10 grams of vanilla protein powder. I also added 10 grams of creatine , blueberries and blackberries - for some freaking DELICIOUS muscle building, fat burning, antioxidant rich , creamy vanilla berry heaven in ma mouth!🙌🏽 I’ll be posting my workout today later on - stay tuned! I need to edit some clips to put a video together and then will post!! But until then, keep the momentum going and post your pics Or videos below!!👇🏽
