Hi everybody 🪬🪐
Hi, I'm Federico Landaburu, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm excited to join this community, as I believe that breath is the most important tool we have as human beings to cope with life's ups and downs. Currently, I'm focused on my path as a functional breathing and detoxification coach. I work on my content creation, gaining new experiences and knowledge, and enjoying the process. As many have mentioned, I too used to live on autopilot. I didn't live with purpose. Breathing helped me stay present. It's an anchor that helps me raise my level of awareness every day. Thank you all! 🪬🪐
Hey everyone — Indy here 👋
Really glad to be in this space with you. A little bit about me (and why I care about this work so much): I spent years living in what I call “functional overwhelm.” From the outside, I was doing great: national-level athlete, chasing corporate goals, stacking opportunities, pushing hard because I believed that’s what success required. Inside? My nervous system was quietly white-knuckling its way through life. Like a lot of high performers, I thought stress was a sign to work harder — not to listen deeper. Eventually, the body does what the body does: it speaks louder than the mind. Anxiety, burnout, rushing, never feeling “caught up,” and believing I should be able to handle everything on my own. Sound familiar? Breathwork cracked that pattern open for me. Not in a mystical, float-through-the-universe way (although… sometimes). But in a “holy sh*t, I can actually feel calm in my own body” kind of way. It gave me something I didn’t realize I was missing: capacity. Space. The ability to move through pressure with clarity instead of contraction. It helped me through identity shifts, heartbreak, rebuilding my sense of self, leaving old versions behind, and learning how to be with discomfort instead of trying to outrun it. It made life deeper, not smaller. Since then, I’ve spent years teaching breathwork and nervous system practices to athletes, entrepreneurs, and the everyday “life is a lot right now” humans who want to feel grounded, focused, and more like themselves. The science is real: when you regulate your physiology, your mind, energy, confidence, and creativity change with it. Here in Coherence, I’ll be guiding sessions and sharing tools you can use in real life — at your desk, in a tough conversation, mid-workout, or when your brain tries to convince you the world is on fire (it usually isn’t). This work doesn’t need to feel mystical or intense. It can be simple, practical, and surprisingly fun. If you see me in a session, say hi. If you’ve got questions, ask them.

Hey @Indiana Lane as an ex-student-athlete, I really felt your words. I look forward to joining your guidance. Thanks! 🪬🪐
Hello you Beautiful Breathing People!
Heyo! My name is Lukas and I've been breathing since the day I was born. Been breathing every day since, and I'm even doing it in my sleep... I couldn't live without it, I think I might be addicted 😂 Jokes aside, breathing consciously has transformed my life, several times over. From an early age, I was programmed with the ABC's and 123's and other more practical information like the date of the Treaty of Versailles, but I wasn't exposed to the foundations of being human - how to navigate life through my fleshly, breathing body. I got a prestigious degree in understanding the nuances of computer systems, but was never taught how to direct my biological operating system - the one system that rules them all. After building and launching a tech startup, I decided I needed to reconnect with myself. I left everything and set out to live fully. I often didn't know where my next step would land, but I just kept trusting, kept persisting - one breath at a time. This lead me to running an ocean-front hotel on the coast of Ecuador. Very near the middle of the world, I had come to the center of myself, and there I found a loving heart, a serving mind, and a flow of breath that connected me to something bigger than myself. I've personally been working intensely with the breath for several years, and have been teaching entrepreneurs how to use the breath as a thermometer (as awareness - to detect their current state) and as a thermostat (as intention - to direct their state for the task at hand). I've already learned so much, but the breath never runs out - it just keeps giving. Here are some of the key lessons: - Receiving comes from Giving; Giving comes from Receiving - The breath unites internally (all of our body's core systems) and externally (with other people, organisms, and the environments around us) - Being apart and isolated is an illusion - you are a part of something greater than you are able to comprehend - Breath is life - you can engage it automatically and unconsciously, or willingly and consciously (I prefer the latter)

This is why I joined this community. What a journey! Really resonated with your words and really looking forward to share the process. Thanks! 🪬🪐
Hey y’all — Ian here
A human who rebuilt his life through breathwork. A skier who learned discipline the hard way on frozen mornings. A coach who spent years teaching sailors and windsurfers how to read wind, waves, and their own bodies. A former corporate grinder who almost burnt out chasing someone else’s definition of success. And the thing that saved me was breathwork. The “sit with yourself and feel everything you’ve avoided for years” kind. Breathwork gave me back clarity. It gave me back strength. It gave me back purpose. And it lit a fire under one question that hasn’t left me since: What happens when humans breathe with intention — together? I believe collective breathwork changes people. And people change everything else. My mission is simple: To elevate human performance, presence, and purpose through breathwork. We elevate the field we all live in. Ian🙏🫶
