Breathing 🫁 TNP Six Waves to Stillness
Not sure why I did it for a first time just now but yesterday my daily practice put me on different planet. I loved it so much! Breathing rhythm felt in line with me and I love the music as well... So healingfull... I could felt I was channeling. Even noise in my ears was felt like radio station. 💥 Appreciated ⚜️
