What’s Your Plans For This Weekend?
Hey Gang! What’s your plans for this weekend? We are putting up our second Christmas tonight with our son & his girlfriend. Here’s a pic of our downstairs Christmas 🎄. Tomorrow morning there’s a big Jiu Jitsu testing at the gym so I’m going to go to that. It’s great to see people I have been training with over the past 9 years improving their skills & confidence. Our son is an assistant wrestling coach at his old high school & they have a tournament tomorrow. So I am going to head to that after Jiu Jitsu. Sunday is probably gonna be pretty chill. Maybe Melissa and I will go catch a movie or something. Share your plans in the comments!

Movement Restoration Challenge Kicks Off Monday!
I’m really excited for the Movement Restoration Challenge next week. @Jerry Rivera and I have been cooking up some great stuff for you all. Especially for anyone dealing with nagging stiffness, recurring injuries, or feeling “older” than you should. Huge shoutout to: @Sonia Berglund, @Angie Zuniga, @Jeremy Wilson, @Jodie Kelley & @Diane Stacy as they are all already registered!
