Repeat
Repeated strength & stretch again which really elevated my heart rate. Obviously added arms again as I love it so much 🫣. I did get defeated 15mins into the body weight abs as energy levels were low today so will have to revisit that one on its own again. How is everyone else doing? I’m really enjoy mixing the shorts together, I find it keeps me going rather than being put off by a full 45 min class.
Squats + side series pt2 + arms finisher
Absolutely loving adding these short sessions together @Andrea Smallbone. Loved the slow and controlled squats, probably going to regret adding the side series on after as that was pretty 🔥. Trying to add the arms onto every class as I’ve never seen results here for me.

You inspired me again @Rachel McBoyle so repeated this evening. Completely agree with you, I’d love another Pilates ball session. With holiday abroad coming up @Andrea Smallbone would love any body weight, band or ball workouts which I can do while away. Although I think there is a great selection on here already xx
