Hi everyone, New classes have been popped up this week. So far, there's a side series for Pilates fix. Defo worth attempting more than once! And a standing Kettle Bell session focusing on abs. I will continue to get more up over the next week or so so you end up with a good mix over the whole course. I didn't get a payment confirmation from some of you, and I know some of you use PayPal over the bank details that were given. If you could please confirm payment and if you haven't done it, it's not too late. Just send it and send me a screenshot. Like always, let me know if there's anything specific you'd like me to focus on work workout wise, Emma's ask for a sweaty one which will be incoming! So blame Emma. But happy for more requests....
