What your brain tells you you are, you become!
Good morning guys 🦴👌 For those of you who tune into the spiritual side of life, today is Chinese New Year’s Eve and tomorrow welcomes the Year of the Fire Horse. The Chinese New Year actually aligns far more with the natural seasons and cycles of life. Even the names of our months hint at that — October should technically be month eight (“octo”). It’s interesting when you start to look at it. The last couple of years may have felt heavy, draining or testing. But this shift is about shedding — shedding tough circumstances, old habits, outdated thought patterns, and anything that’s been exhausting your energy. Now is the time to step into who you want to be, how you want to live, and the life you want to create over the next chapter. And what better place to start than your brain and your body — the two most valuable things you own. Online Continuum 💛 Most of you have really embraced the online classes again, and thankfully the teething problems seem to be sorted. The new course starts on the 20th. I’ll be busy recording and uploading sessions from my new studio (which opens today!). This block will have some focus on foundational drills — really refining form and precision in both Kettlebells and Pilates. Going back to basics is powerful. It sharpens technique, builds strength safely, and resets your body properly. If you could please message me to confirm whether you’ll be renewing, I’d really appreciate it. I do rely on these classes as part of my income, so if you’re not continuing I’ll need to remove you from the app — but I truly hope you’re staying with me. Any questions, just ask. 20 min power kettlebell and empty stomach abs💪🏆😜 done! Goes really well together. Love these short sessions! I would advise to rethink even dinner if you are doing it in the morning😂 About questions: The most disgusting thing during concert? I do not think I can top up your story Andrea😜 . What I eat in a day? I think I eat a lot 😂 and would like to know more what should I eat. The video with advice on nutrition would be very wellcome. However, you are right, I am also never hungry after exersises. Have a great day today champions and Happy Valentines! I am off to have some guilt-free chocolate😍
