Repeated strength & stretch again which really elevated my heart rate.
Obviously added arms again as I love it so much 🫣. I did get defeated 15mins into the body weight abs as energy levels were low today so will have to revisit that one on its own again.
How is everyone else doing? I’m really enjoy mixing the shorts together, I find it keeps me going rather than being put off by a full 45 min class.
