Day 3 ✅ Done!
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "If I can’t perfectly exist within other’s expectations, I’ll never be loved. If I can’t excel at it I shouldn’t waste time and energy trying." 📍 Where it came from: I learned early on in life that the quiet, obedient, and overachieving daughter got time and attention. The daughter that got B’s instead of A+’s wasn’t even scolded, just ignored. Being good wasn’t enough to be noticed, I had to be the best. ✨ My new code: "My value is not based on being perfect. Diving into something with passion and doing my best is never a waste of time and energy! " 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who loves myself enough to let others’ expectations roll off me. " 💪 Debugging in progress...

I love how you said diving into something with passion and doing my best is never a waste of time and energy!
Day 5 - Delayed but done
Wrapped up my Day 5 questions last evening. On a very large scale, I’m not a fan of reframing events, especially when they are hurtful, primarily because my brain knows what I’m trying to do, rendering it ineffective. In the Transformation Report, there were zero calls to “reframe” anything. Simply put, it took aspects of life and placed them in context, my ADHD context, not the neurotypical context. I truly hope all who completed the 5 days read through their report and can say the same thing.

This is great to read. I can really relate to reframing not feeling real. I’m glad you got an authentic experience and were able to see things as they actually are. Seeing things as they are is such an important step.

Becoming aware of how something shaped us is powerful. Making peace with it takes real courage. And what comes from that are gifts rooted in authenticity.

Good morning. Took me a bit to get to this. I kept thinking, 'why bother? I it is going to suck and you will look stupid'. But that is me all over the place. Hide who I am. Anyway, it is here now. Hope you all have a great day.

Ok peeps, I’m gonna break the ice and add my video. Hope that it gives you confidence to do the same! I know how hard it is to get behind the camera, but it gets easier the more you do it :) @Jim Ebbelaar feel free to edit it however you like 🤓

I’m smiling and my eyes are a little watery. I’m so happy for you. What makes it even more special is knowing I got to witness your transformation.
