Hey, is anyone else having trouble with adding a document into the knowledge base but the AI agent is not reading it? I added a knowledge base of the companies information and when I test the voice AI agent it doesn’t mention the company’s name, it’s inconsistent with the data that it pulls from the knowledge base

hey everyone, this is my first time here and i have a question, im working on a hvac receptionist on retell ai and i would like the customer to confirm there email and full name during the call, once its said i would like it to go to make.com and have it search it in the system to make sure the customer is verified. i formated the json on the function but the transcript in the webhook in make.com isnt showing right. can anyone give me a solution to this problem? if it isnt possible what other option do i have? thanks
