Retell agent isn’t reading all the information that is being added to the knowledge base
Hey, is anyone else having trouble with adding a document into the knowledge base but the AI agent is not reading it? I added a knowledge base of the companies information and when I test the voice AI agent it doesn’t mention the company’s name, it’s inconsistent with the data that it pulls from the knowledge base
