DONE! My routine activity was tidying the living room, my unpleasant activity or stressor was doomscrolling on my phone, and I discovered that this exercise helps to tune more into my body while doing these activities. For the tidying I also appreciated the objects in my house more. For doomscrolling it meant being more aware of my facial expression (frown, tight mouth) and tension in my body.

Hi @Anna Choi I've been trying the tapping but it made me burp and feel nauseous. Even when tapping lightly. šŸ˜‡ I was wondering, is this a good thing and should I continue tapping or refrain from it?

@Anna Choi Thanks so much for your clear and elaborate reply. This spot is def my weak point. I'll try to see the burping as a positive release!

Done! ✨ I've done body shaking every time I finished a larger chunk of work on my laptop. It made me feel relieved, alive and energised. Also tried the tapping but it made me burp and feeling nauseous. Even when tapping lightly. šŸ˜‡ I was wondering, is this a good thing and should I continue tapping or refrain from it?
