Having trouble generating quality leads with B2B ads
Hey guys, I'm running B2B ads targeted to kitchen and bath remodelers. I'm having trouble people that are qualified; most prospects either: 1. Don't speak English very well (very difficult to understand them) 2. Are startups or not full-time contractors 3. Are handymen or only do small plumbing/drywall repairs (not remodelers) 4. Are generally not serious about moving forward, comfortable with staying where they're at, and comfortable the amount of work they're getting from word of mouth and just window-shopping CPL's used to be ~$15 per lead but recently jumped to ~$33 after I added "remodelers doing over $1M a year in sales" to the hook instead of just "remodelers". But the majority of the leads I'm getting still do not fall into that category. I made an entirely separate campaign to make sure it wasn't hitting the same audience, but that didn't solve the problem. Attached are the creatives, copy, headlines, and targeting settings. Any advice would be appreciated :) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HlRaPgloTnjZiMP0ixfzminRQ5fhrIHHOEvNrz-okEg/edit?usp=sharing @Eetu Häkkinen Anyway

So, I was about to type in a response when I remembered Jeff Miller had phenomenal FB live about this that is posted on Youtube. I do not know him, I've never talked with him but he knows his stuff and I 100% agree what he goes over on this video. I highly recommend you take a look @Jon Bartlett : https://youtu.be/GYYIlnTjygE?si=O6YQ1WaJxSnqTo9r Most likely it's because of the ad. Easiest thing you could do is to test new ad copies that does a bit of pre-qualifying for you alredy and veeds out those DQ leads. We gotta understand that with this type of ads we're getting lot of people who are not that qualified and don't have that much $ or are skeptical... SO, if you're running these campaigns... you want to then play with volume and look at more so the % of marketing qualified leads coming in. Few things I'd do / start with: - watch Jeff's video - create new version(s) of your ad copy where you're calling out the type of leads you're wanting to attract and talk in a language they respond to (think: do these people have team? contractors? what do they wanna get? team's calendar fully booked? etc) - Create survey funnel with one simple survey with 3-5 questions about: current situation, solution they're looking for, etc. NOTE: don't ask 'do you have $$' but ask Qs about their current revenue levels etc - Define what marketing qualified lead (MQL) is for you & KPIs/metrics you wanna shoot for - Drive DQ leads to DQ page with potential to book quick phone call (some of them may still be leads you can help but you dont want demos with them yet) - no pixel on this page - Drive MQL leads to Demo schedule page with 'lead' event - on TY page for MQL leads have e.g. 'schedule' event - --> will help drive up quality lead flow This is pretty much all I can share with the current info and via comment - hope it helps to at least get direction. What's your current monthly revenue btw?
Facebook learning phase?
So I recently started running Facebook ads for my realtor client. It's been 3-4 days since we started running the ads, hence the ads are still in the learning phase. My concern: I read online that you need at least 50 conversions per week in order to get out of the learning phase, but we're spending €32 per day with an average CPL (industry wide) of €25-50. Does this mean I will be in the learning phase forever? Or will this fix itself? Or what do I need to do to fix this? Thanks guys

Transparently, I wouldn't worry about it too much. We have loads of local lead gen campaigns that are in learning phase and working well. Yes, you'd need about 50 conversions to get out of it but I'd just focus on making sure you're getting leads - not that you're trying to get out of learning phase but focus on results. I'm assuming you're not getting conversions now which is why you're asking.. or?
Lead Form Brainstorming
Hey World, what’s the best way to set up a lead form funnel to get a steady flow of legit leads?

For yourself? Or clients? Ad spend budget? Proven offers yet? Or needing to test?

Increasing fulfilment capacity with AI
Context for this question - I run a consulting agency helping online service businesses to recruit growth assistants, onramp them to KPI and systematize their operations. Currently I'm looking for ways to use AI and automations to increase the scalability to these processes: - Scraping and compiling list of potential candidates on job sites such as LinkedIn and Indeed for outbound recruitment. - Filter and score CVs, resumes, applications and qualifier tests. The goal is to be able to effectively screen 5000 applicants on a monthly basis. If anyone has built or come across any AI automations and tools for recruitment processes, I'd super appreciate it if you can point me toward the right direction.
