Facebook learning phase?

So I recently started running Facebook ads for my realtor client. It's been 3-4 days since we started running the ads, hence the ads are still in the learning phase.

My concern: I read online that you need at least 50 conversions per week in order to get out of the learning phase, but we're spending €32 per day with an average CPL (industry wide) of €25-50.

Does this mean I will be in the learning phase forever? Or will this fix itself? Or what do I need to do to fix this?
