Why can self-love feel so hard, even when you truly want it?
Hey guysšŸ¤ If you have ever wanted to love yourself more, speak to yourself more gently, or finally feel at peace in your own presence, be okay with sitting in silence with your own thoughts... and still noticed resistance, this is for you. For a long time, I thought self-love was something I just had to ā€œdo better.ā€ Like I needed to be more disciplined, more successful, more positive. But what I started realizing is that many times, the difficulty is much deeper than that. Sometimes your brain is still trying to protect you. Because if you learned to survive through self-criticism, overgiving, shrinking, or constantly questioning yourself, then self-love can actually feel unfamiliar. And what is unfamiliar can feel unsafe, even when it is beautiful - our brain and nervous system couldn't care less about what is better, they only care about what is "safe". So the resistance does not always mean you do not want to love yourself. Sometimes it means a part of you still does not know that it is safe to. That realization changed so much for me. It made me stop asking, ā€œwhy I always do or say something hostile to myself even tho I really want be loved?ā€ and start asking, ā€œWhat part of me still believes it is safer not to?ā€ If you found yourself in this post, I would love to hear from youšŸ¤ What do you think has made self-love feel hard for you?

Why I think life is too short to live for others expectations…
Want to know the biggest regret of dying people? It is ā€œI wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.ā€ And it is spot on. Life is too short I think to stay in some job or university you hate just to please your parents for example. Pursue what you actually want whether that be a business or the true career / job you want. Don’t have those regrets on your death bed, do what you gotta do to live true to yourself, of that means lying and etc, so be it.

Yes, Calvin, I couldn't agree morešŸ˜. We are often too influenced by society's standards that start to be almost faulty and misaligned with the true nature of people and that's normalizing not following your joy. And that is one of the greatest mistakes we can do during this one chance life. So thank you so much for sharing this. This is super important.
🌟 why failing fast at performing helps us find clear purpose
hey beautiful souls šŸ¤²šŸ»šŸŒæ thought I’d share something that’s been sitting with me lately… what I’ve noticed (in myself + in so many people) is: most people aren’t actually lost in finding their purpose. they’re just avoiding one very specific, very honest conversation with themselves. i used to think purpose was something you find ā€œout there.ā€ so I did the whole loop: books, videos, journal prompts, ā€œwhat is my calling?ā€ content… trying to think my way into clarity. and it felt productive…but honestly, it also let me postpone the scary part: actually seeing who I am underneath the coping. because when you start to really look — at what you’ve been through, what you learned to hide, where you started performing for love/safety, what parts of you got ā€œshrunkā€ to survive — it gets real. and your nervous system can resist that. my shift came once I started doing the inner work (and regulating my body, not just analyzing my life), purpose didn’t feel like a puzzle anymore. it started to feel super obvious. like it was never missing. it was just under the noise underneath the conditioning. that’s what I mean by ā€œfail fastā€ here. fail fast at the masks. fail fast at the old protection patterns. fail fast at the identity that was built for survival, not truth. because purpose doesn’t come from thinking harder, it never will. after enough honesty + healing, it drops into your lap when you finally know:ā€œthis is who I am. this is what shaped me. this is what I’m done pretending about.ā€ im curious 🌸what’s the pattern you keep repeating lately? (people-pleasing, perfectionism, proving, numbness, overthinking, staying ā€œsafeā€) and if you want to go one layer deeper: where do you feel it in your body first? (chest, throat, stomach, jaw)
šŸ’„ How misalignment leads to burnout
Hello beautiful people 🫶 let me share something that I saw in myself (and in my clients too) Any time I’ve tried to build from ā€œshould,ā€ from proving, from survival, from pressure… I can do it for a while. It looks good on the outside, right? Because these people, from which that "should" came, are the ones who are now nodding their heads (usually it's family, any other authority or society in general). But what about your soul? Your real desires? Your truth and authenticity? simply put, this decision always costs something internally — and eventually it turns into burnout. What changed for me was learning how to return to myself first without lying to myself or without any performance. Then align what’s been misaligned (values, pace, boundaries, what I actually want). And then, only then… expand. 🌱 Return āž” Align āž” Expand And I’m seeing this pattern with clients too. When they stop forcing growth from a stressed-out identity and start building from truth, many things becomes clearer: - decisions get simpler and more natural (because they're aligned with their intuition, especially women) - boundaries stop feeling ā€œmeanā€ - energy stabilizes - & growth actually sticks - their means of income start to be effortless It’s wild how often the ā€œmissing strategyā€ is just: quiet time + honest conversations + a few questions you don’t rush past. āœšŸ» Im curious, have you felt misaligned recently? Like you’re building something successful, but it’s not coming from your real values anymore? (If you want to share: what’s the biggest sign for you that you’re out of alignment?)
