Hello beautiful people š«¶ let me share something that I saw in myself (and in my clients too)
Any time Iāve tried to build from āshould,ā from proving, from survival, from pressure⦠I can do it for a while. It looks good on the outside, right? Because these people, from which that "should" came, are the ones who are now nodding their heads (usually it's family, any other authority or society in general). But what about your soul? Your real desires? Your truth and authenticity? simply put, this decision always costs something internally ā and eventually it turns into burnout.
What changed for me was learning how to return to myself first without lying to myself or without any performance. Then align whatās been misaligned (values, pace, boundaries, what I actually want). And then, only then⦠expand.
š± Return ā” Align ā” Expand
And Iām seeing this pattern with clients too. When they stop forcing growth from a stressed-out identity and start building from truth, many things becomes clearer:
- decisions get simpler and more natural (because they're aligned with their intuition, especially women)
- boundaries stop feeling āmeanā
- energy stabilizes
- & growth actually sticks
- their means of income start to be effortless
Itās wild how often the āmissing strategyā is just: quiet time + honest conversations + a few questions you donāt rush past.
āš» Im curious, have you felt misaligned recently? Like youāre building something successful, but itās not coming from your real values anymore?
(If you want to share: whatās the biggest sign for you that youāre out of alignment?)
