Auction Test Post Feedback - Please!
Some feedback on a auction test post I am about to run please guys! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I get YOU a HMO done right 🏠 Listen. Most of you either: Haven't pulled the trigger yet (stuck in research hell) OR Already have properties but know you're leaving money on the table with single-lets. Either way, you're not doing HMOs because you're worried about messing it up. Here's what I'm thinking 💡 If I were to do ONE property WITH you... Find the right deal. Handle the licensing. Connect the builders. Place the tenants. 6 months later you've got a licensed HMO cashflowing £2,000+/month. And you're not guessing anymore. You KNOW how to do the next one. Would you want that? If I opened up 5 SPOTS 👈 Auction style. £1 minimum bid. 👉Would YOU bid at least £1
@Honey Syed zing! Making me want to get into HMO's 😂
LinkedIn auctions - You done one? Do you know stuff?
I'm chatting to a sales coach on LinkedIn who sells DM > WhatsApp > to Call once qualified. They're somewhat receptive to an auction on LinkedIn. And I know another 2 who I reckon would do the same. So I need to work this bad-boy out. I know it's clunky, and honestly, even though I'm on there all the time god knows how the algo works. I've seen polls flop there (and I've seen them do well). So have you run one? Do you know someone who has? The person was a little unsure about a LinkedIn poll so I suggested we test their email list first. Would love to know your thoughts. Thanks!

@Honey Syed Thank you! Yeah I searched through in here and saw a link to Len's. I know this has come up a few times recently :)
(AUCTION) Best Platform for big LinkedIn influencer
So, tonight, unfortunately I won't be able to join the AMA because I have a call at the same time with a guy with 82k connections on LinkedIn. We will be scheduling my first auction so it's really exciting. Me and him have already talked about eventually moving people over to Skool to do this but I'm thinking that if we do that, if the transfer doesn't work and we only have 50 people to start the auction with, it's going to bomb massively, despite the huge potential and I know that someone is doing these things directly on their public profile. The guy constantly has 300 comments on his posts and they're just reposted stuff so I'm thinking that if we do a public auction it could get at least 100 people to get the ball rolling and then it's just a matter of commenting and increasing the engagement as much as possible and it could become a huge thing eventually. The main issue on LinkedIn is that I'm not sure I'll be able to message 100 people or more after the auction without being blocked. How do you do this? My idea would be to then send them to Skool AFTER they purchase as one of the things we're selling is a free membership (for a paid tier) so it makes sense to send them to the platform afterwards but not before, right?
ahhh, this post might have just answered my post! :)
@Marcello Costante I will, thank you!
Small Skool Big Money - $101k in sales
Just wrapped up a campaign where we did over 6-figures in sales in 12 days. I’ll break down what worked for my partner and I below. Feel free to ask q’s and I’ll do my best to answer them. Partner is in the real estate niche and we’ve been working with each other for a while now. @Travis Sago knows who this gem of a person is. GREAT partnership where we bounce ideas back and forth and love that he’s got a team that can support too. At the same time he just lets me do what I do best as an operator while he delivers, fulfills, and gets his clients amazing results. So we had this idea after seeing some other people have success with 3 and 5 day virtual events. I mapped the entire process from how they promoted it. How they framed the pitch. How they got people into sales convos. Etc. Most of those challenge funnels drove people to a sales call. Which can definitely work… but we don’t wanna manage a sales team. My partner didn’t want to get on sales calls either. So we decided to tap instead. I also noticed they lacked some “mojo” in how they run their sales process. So we tweaked and adapted some parts. Honestly, wasn’t sure how it would work out… but we always start with a TEST! No ads either. We started off with just his email list and social media. Not TOO big of a list either–only 500 opens. His Facebook profile had a bigger audience. We drove everyone to a short registration page on Clickfunnels THEN to a Skool group. By the end of the pre launch we had about 300 people inside the Skool group. As we were getting people registered we were planning out the 3-day challenge presentation. What to say, when to say it, the psychology, energy, all of that. The ONLY way for people to attend the 3-day challenge was to join the Skool group. Day 1: Sell the opportunity, destroy false beliefs, and build excitement for the framework Day 2: Teach the PLAN at a high level and begin soft pitching the offer Day 3: Destroy limiting beliefs, make the full pitch with value stack, and point people to the T1

Me and @Ann V have our first auction lined up with a Christian dating coach. As well as her HT program she runs live events and consistently adds new people to her list each week. We’ve also got an agreement signed for a quarterly beamer deal with a men’s marriage offer so we’re leaning into this space. TLDR; We love the dating/relationship niche and are excited to have some momentum. Curious though.. it feels like auctions aren’t the obvious choice for something personal like dating (we would love to be wrong, tell us we're wrong 😅) sooo if anyone has run auctions in the dating/relationship space pls tell us how it went/how you're approaching it. Thanks people

@Travis Sago I did think of you and your experience in this! We’re running off limited data so we’re definitely going in with open minds and a testing mentality. But I see you making the same point as you did yesterday on the pre-auction post and there being little downside. We’re not ruling anything in or out yet ☺️ And now I want to go to Bali
