UP(DATE): ONE IN THE BAG.. Hey party people. Me and @Ann V and would love your insight on our giving funnel. We've kept the emails as is and our loom directs to our community (and ofc we keep the chat going in the inbox).. Anyway, stats.. Campaign 1: - 78% opens - 10.8% (21) replies (mostly OOO) - 14% (3) of replies are positive Campaign 2 (smaller list): - Opens not tracked (plain text) - 6% (8) replies (again, mostly OOO) - 12.5% (1) positive replies So we've had 4 positive replies in total with 4 looms sent out. And we've followed up, but no coffee dates yet. Soooo, question for the CDOD gang and those running similar outreach: - Are you seeing people join the community instead of taking calls? (We've not seen either yet LOL) - Or are you converting interest → calls without a community step? Self diagnosis, I think our join the community is a bottleneck, but I'm open to being wrong! Thanks all! I'm pretty sure our funnel is about one cocktail away from giving.

Been chatting to a partner who isn't a marketing person, has built a great product in a good niche but has ZERO idea on how to grow it, they already have a decent list and audience... They thought my 40% cut was too high and pushed back. "They are my leads blah blah" Ok cool, I ran through the BAD method and after a couple of emails he flipped 180 and was offering my 40% ;) Works a treat!!

Had a coffee date this morning (midnight his time) with a member of one of my Skool groups who lives in Latvia and he's keen to go with several businesses he currently works with or knows the owners of in that part of the World. One successful auction could open the floodgates to a bunch of referrals in a place I had to search for on a map to see where it was. Thankyou @Travis Sago for sharing this killer idea. The World really IS ours.

For those setting up new groups for their partners how are you managing this? Are you posting polls and posts on their behalf? Posting as you? Sharing posts for them to share? Would love to know what you’ve done lately? OR What you’d never do again.. 😂

Gonna keep this short because I'm on vacation with the family right now But just wanted to share that the whole Giving FUNnel concept is there to be abused, guys. First auction from it is on its way. Maybe it'll pan out? Maybe it won't... But looks like a great start to get my calendar preggo with coffee dates/opportunities. I don't think I've ever wanted to get back from a vacay so much
