Lift lowers are tough! How many would you recommend throughout the week? Love your tree! I was chuckling when I hear about your kiddos. My boys are 2 years and 8 mo. apart and they had many WWIII moments! Hope you have a good turn out at your community get together. We have a tree lighting out in our town and a Christmas Bazaar tonight. Cheers!

I was gone on my hunt but did manage to get a daily maintenance in at the hotel. Back home now and ready to get more consistent with my Pilates.

Got a recorded zoom done today. My doctor recommends 150 min of cardio and at least 2 weight strengthening exercises. I think what we are doing with Pilates counts for the weight strengthening. I will keep on with my Pilates b/c I feel like it's so valuable to my body especially as I am approaching 49.

Did a long hike today. Leaving for my sheep hunt tomorrow. Also, keeping up with Pilates the last month and a half has helped my core and balance. It even helped with my prone position shooting practice.
