@Donna Koch the hip flexors at the end? I'd do 10 lifts each side. Then 2 with a 30 sec hold. Then 6 circles each way each leg. Hard work! If it's an area of weakness I'd do it every other day perhaps! Thank you, the volume of lights covers up a lot of the messy bits ๐Ÿคฃ We let the kids choose a decoration per year, which is always interesting. Should be a nice evening, you're welcome to fly over if you can make it ๐Ÿ˜‰ I hope you enjoyed the tree lighting festivities!

@Donna Koch awesome! I also recommend this. Well, 150 minutes moderate cardio where you could maintain a conversation. Think brisk walk, cycling etc. Or 75 minutes vigorous. Difficult to talk. Or a combination from both. Plus your 2 strength days. Being generally active. And including some mobility and flexibility. These guidelines are pretty much the minimum standard EVERYONE should be achieving according to many health authorities across the world. Particulalry the US and UK. Again that's the MINIMUM, to maintain health and wellbeing. Yes Pilates does contribute to your strength work, as long as we challenge your strength in the sessions. Some weights would be good though ๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธ For me weightlifting heavy is my passion, but Pilates holds it all together ๐Ÿ’ช
