I thought MOA was more about making female friends and having women eventually hit on you instead of hitting on them, and showing intent, and doing that pickup stuff? @Timothy Gann Ya true. But I don’t think our government is even offering any realistic solutions to this issue that they’re talking about. And I’m not sure this current administration in our government will implement any of these changes and solutions that Grok told me. This current administrations “$5,000 Baby Bonus” that they’re proposing is a drop in the bucket and not nearly enough to raise a child in the U.S. They’re gonna need to do a lot more than that to incentivize most millennials, gen z, and future generations to want to have kids. Everything is a lot more expensive nowadays and most Americans can barely afford to live, let alone afford to have children. Having and raising a child in the United States is very expensive and time consuming. If people like Musk and this current administration are really worried about this “birth rate crisis” and they really wanted to solve it, then they would be willing to do a lot more than just try to bribe women with a measly $5,000 “Baby Bonus” lol

Ya DFW is definitely growing economically for sure. I don't have the money to invest in real estate right now, and I don't think most other regular young Americans have that kind of money and capital, and they're having to rent at increasingly higher and higher rent rates just to live somewhere. I never really thought of crypto or stocks as assets, but instead I just thought of them as investments, but I see what your saying. I'm not some finance expert, but I just thought that assets were things that were actively making you money and not like investments that don't pay immediately, but can potentially pay off over time if your lucky lol. Those investments seem more like gambling lol.
